As toy companies continue to navigate a shifting business landscape and cost pressures from tariffs, The Toy Association™ is now offering flexible showroom leasing options at The Toy Building in El Segundo, California. Effective immediately, temporary showrooms are available for the September 2025 LA Fall Preview® at the same competitive 2024 pricing ($29 per square foot for Association members and $40 per square foot for non-members), offering a solution for companies that require a presence in LA without a long-term commitment.
“We understand the challenges businesses are facing and are offering this revised plan in support of our industry,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “In addition to offering long-term space at our new Toy Building, we are now making limited space available for temporary tenants during this year’s LA Fall Preview®. Our goal is to provide companies with every opportunity to connect with buyers and showcase their products, even if a long-term showroom commitment isn’t feasible at this time.”
Temporary showroom space is now available for September occupancy, with a variety of suite sizes to accommodate companies with varying needs. Usable square footage (USF) ranges from compact, targeted spaces to larger, more immersive showrooms. Current options include spaces measuring from 470 to 1,924 USF, with various options in between.
The Toy Association has detailed renderings and walkthrough videos of The Toy Building available to prospective tenants. For more information, contact The Toy Association’s Laura Mangiaracina, director of sales.
The Toy Association’s Toy Building in El Segundo will open for permanent tenants on August 1, 2025, and temporary showroom tenants beginning September 1, 2025. LA Fall Preview® Market Weeks, featuring dedicated educational and networking activities, are taking place from September 8 to 19. Click here for more information.
